As it has already been mentioned, the enterprise possesses 2 sites:
1. Site “Strautini”:

Saw cut and drying: from a round wood till purveyance– an average monthly volume of processing of a round wood is more than 2000 м3.
2. A site in Maskavas street 444e:

Production of laminated products, volume up to 1000 м3 a month.
Production of a laminated board is a complex and hi-tech process, therefore our production is equipped with the most precise and modern equipment, and the personnel is well trained. 150 qualified employees work at the basic production. Constant expansion and renewal of workshops with the modern equipment allows us to reach such high efficiency.
On the production site the equipment of company Weinig Gruppe – Dimter, Crecon, Weinig and Hess is installed:
- planing equipment UNIMAT 23 and UNIMAT 1000 STAR/009
- zinc Combipact
- press “HESS VERLEIM-SYSTEM 2000”
- sharpening equipment Randomat 980
- and others.
On the purveying site the following equipment is installed:
- line of optimization OptiCut 350
- scanner Wood Eye Cross Cut
- planing machine Weinig Hydromat
- additional equipment for a line of optimization
- sawing equipment Raimann
- calibration saw
- rip saw machines of company Forma Machinery
- complex of drying tunnels of company Tekmawood.
Company “Casco Adhesives” belonging to a holding company “Akzo Nobel”, supplies the glue that guarantees a class of durability D4. The quality of gluing corresponds to standard DIN EN 204. Their experts constantly watch the technology of gluing without allowing any infringements in a production cycle.
